Q. Can I Book a Course Online ?
A. Certainly,
  1. Browse the Course Prices Listing and select a course.
  2. Click the [Book a Course]
  3. Select the Book Online option and you'll proceed through our secure, encrypted payment gateway.
  4. At the conclusion of your successful transaction, your booking will be confirmed online as well as by e-mail.

Q. Which Credit / Debit cards are accepted ?
A. VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club cards are all welcome.

You can even pay with a VISA or MasterCard Debit Card.

Q. How long do I have to wait until my credit card payment has been accepted ?
A. This may depend on where you are in the world. Verification of your credit card details generally takes between 10 and 60 seconds.

Q. To who will my Credit Card Statement reflect a payment to ?
A. Corporate Excel Training utilises the payment gateway manages by Ripple Effect 4 (Pty) Ltd.

Thus your credit card statement will reflect a payment to Ripple Effect 4 (Pty) Ltd. and not to Corporate Excel Training.

In addition for non-South African credit cards, your bank statement will reflect the ZAR Rand amount of your purchase converted into your local currency.

The amount converted from SA Rands is done at the international exchange rate at the time.

Q. Since the prices are all in South African Rands (ZAR), how do I pay in my local currency ?
A. If your credit card account is not in South African Rands, our payment gateway automatically converts your purchase into your local currency.

Offline Course Bookings

Q. Can I book a Course Offline ?
A. Certainly, to Book a Course Offline, please follow the following steps:
  1. Register (free) then Login
  2. Navigate to the Courses Prices Page.
  3. Click the course you wish to book for.
  4. Click [Book a Course]
  5. Select the Offline payment option.
This effectively generates an e-mail with an offline Booking request, we’ll send you an invoice with our banking details and confirm the course booking upon receipt of your deposit.

Q. Do I have to use my real e-mail address ?
A. Yes, it is very important that you supply your real e-mail address during registration. It is to this address that we will automatically e-mail you your password.

Without your password you will be unable to access certain areas of the website specifically the Course Bookings functionality.

Q. Do I need to wait for the start of a semester or term to begin in order to register ?
A. No, you may register and book for a course at any time that is convenient to you.
