Corporate Excel Training will send an email confirmation of your booking which will be forwarded to you together with an invoice if you have not utilised our secure online payment gateway. Kindly note that payment in full must be received prior to the commencement of the course In the event that you are unable to attend the course after making a reservation, a substitute delegate is welcome to attend the course. Should you (or a substitute) be unable to attend, we will refund your fee in full, less an administrative charge of 10% of the course fee. You must inform Corporate Excel Training in writing at least 15 working days before the commencement date of the course. No refunds are available for cancellations received less than 15 working days prior to the course start date. In the event that no refund is possible, you will be entitled to a 50% discount on any Corporate Excel Training course presented within the next 12 months. Corporate Excel Training reserves the right to amend any part of the published programme, agenda, or course director due to unforeseen circumstances. Corporate Excel Training utilises the Ripple Effect 4 (Pty) Ltd. payment gateway technology and thus your credit card statement will reflect a payment of funds to this company and not to Corporate Excel Training. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify Corporate Excel Training's acceptance of your order. Corporate Excel Training reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to decline your order, for any reason whatsoever. If your order is declined you will be notified via e-mail. Corporate Excel Training may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order for any goods and items sold on the website. Where any tariffs, duties or taxes as imposed or levied by any government or governmental agency, including without limitation, national and local sales, use and value added tax are imposed pursuant to the sale of any goods and items on the website you shall be liable to pay any such tariffs duties or taxes when due. For non-South African citizens Due to the fact that our prices are all quoted in South African Rands, there will be an automatic currency conversion when you purchase by credit card. Therefore due to slight currency fluctuations, the amount eventually reflected on your credit card statement in your local currency may vary slightly from the amount calculated on your date of purchase. Should you institute a Charge Back on a credit card purchase, without informing Corporate Excel Training of your intention to do so, Corporate Excel Training will immediately: * Re-process your transaction * Include a 15% penalty
